Originally from the Republic of Georgia, I've been helping people buy and sell in Southwest Florida since 2014. Today, I work from VIP Realty's Fort Myers office, serving Lee and Collier counties.
My approach is practical: price from real comparables, prepare homes to show well, and bring in trusted contractors, lenders, and inspectors. And when you're not local, I stay your eyes on the ground, even after closing.
